AAYAT Tours Registration Waiver & Acknowledgment
By submitting this registration, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the following terms on behalf of myself and each minor participant listed in this registration:
1. Voluntary Participation
Participation in AAYAT Tours programs, including travel, transportation, lodging, outdoor activities, recreational activities, educational sessions, and group activities, is voluntary.
2. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in travel and group activities involves inherent and other risks, including but not limited to illness, injury, serious injury, disability, death, accidents, weather conditions, outdoor and recreational hazards, transportation-related incidents or delays, and loss or damage to personal property. I voluntarily assume these risks for myself and each minor participant I register.
3. Responsibility and Supervision of Minors
I remain responsible for the conduct, supervision, and wellbeing of each minor participant I register. Unless AAYAT Tours expressly assumes supervision for a specific scheduled activity, I understand that AAYAT Tours staff and volunteers are not acting as the minor's parent or legal guardian.
4. Emergency Medical Authorization
In the event of an emergency, I authorize AAYAT Tours staff or volunteers to seek or arrange reasonable medical attention for me or any minor participant I register when I cannot reasonably do so myself. I understand that AAYAT Tours does not provide medical services and that I am responsible for all medical, transportation, and related costs incurred on my behalf or on behalf of any minor participant.
5. Code of Conduct
I agree that all participants will follow applicable Islamic etiquette, AAYAT Tours program rules, venue and property rules, and reasonable instructions from AAYAT Tours staff.
AAYAT Tours reserves the right to remove a participant from a program, without refund where permitted by the applicable cancellation policy, when the participant's conduct creates a safety concern, materially disrupts the program, or violates program or venue rules.
6. Payment Terms
Registration does not constitute payment. AAYAT Tours will provide payment instructions separately. A participant's place is not confirmed until payment is received in accordance with the applicable payment instructions and program requirements.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund requests are subject to the AAYAT Tours terms and conditions and the specific cancellation and refund policy applicable to the program, as provided at the time of registration or payment.
8. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I release and hold harmless AAYAT Tours LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, agents, and representatives from claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to my participation or the participation of any minor I register in the program, including claims arising from the risks described above, except to the extent such liability cannot lawfully be waived or arises from gross negligence, willful misconduct, or other conduct for which liability cannot legally be released.
9. Accuracy and Legal Authority
I confirm that the information provided in this registration is accurate and complete.
I further confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of each minor participant listed in this registration and that I have the legal authority to provide these acknowledgments and consents on their behalf.

By submitting this registration, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this Registration Waiver & Acknowledgment and agree to be bound by its terms.
